A Story For the Ages.

It started with a sermon in Chicago and 26 cents. With a shared belief that our elders — the faithful stewards of our community — should always have a comfortable, secure home filled with loving kindness and God’s grace. Like fishes and loaves, Lutheran Life Communities multiplied. Strengthening and nourishing the lives of seniors and their families, across generations.

A mission to connect.

As a faith-based, mission-driven organization, our work is the sincere response to a call to serve. Our not-for-profit status means that we answer to a board of directors from within our own towns and are able to re-invest profits back into the communities rather than investors’ pockets. Lutheran Life Communities is consistently upgrading critical systems, investing in technology and remodeling to keep our communities up to date.

A plan for generations to come.

As the United States sees our aging baby boomer population grow, the need for diverse solutions to support positive aging becomes increasingly crucial. Non-profit senior living organizations like Lutheran Life Communities hold a special place in this landscape, offering compassionate care that prioritizes the well-being and dignity of residents over profits. We provide essential services and create environments where older adults thrive, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose in later years.

With a sharp focus on resident and team member empowerment, operational excellence, financial stewardship, purposeful growth and our mission-driven culture, Lutheran Life Communities stands ready to meet the needs of today’s modern elders.

Grace-Filled Living at Work.

Our residents’ daily living experience is a direct result of how our team members experience their daily work. While we are open to people of all backgrounds, faiths and gender preferences, our Lutheran heritage is what guides us each day. The Lutheran Life Communities’ well-defined culture program, Grace in Action, is what distinguishes us from other faith-based senior living communities. Goodness and light. Come see for yourself.
