Prior to admission, a professional clinical assessment by a licensed social worker and a director of nursing will be completed in your home to ensure successful daily living.
Lutheran Life Communities’ innovative MyTapestry memory support program provides state-of-the-art support to residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Memory care can benefit your loved one when you are concerned about their personal safety, anxiety level, healthy eating, medication management and the increased rate of cognitive decline due to social isolation.
