Where you recover matters. MyRehab is the preferred outpatient and short-term rehabilitation therapy provider. Physician groups and nearby hospitals trust our expert therapists and rehabilitation teams to deliver quality outcomes quickly and consistently and avoid subsequent injury and re-hospitalization. At most Lutheran Life communities, outpatient rehabilitation therapies are open to the public and based on availability, with preferred access given to our residents.

In the wake of an illness, injury or surgery, MyRehab can help you regain your maximum level of health and independence. Therapists and physiologists at the MyRehab team work with you to develop individualized care plans in tandem with hospitals, physicians and healthcare providers. Physical, occupational and speech therapists provide specialized treatments, exercise and services. Our common goal is to help you return to the independent lifestyle you most enjoy.

MyRehab’s light-filled environment features private suites, a state-of-the-art therapy gym, atrium spaces, spacious living rooms and bistro-style dining. During your stay, you’ll have access to many of the community spaces, amenities and programs. Our hospitality approach feels more like a hotel stay than a clinical health center.

Medicare will often pay for rehabilitation. Plus, you can choose where you feel most comfortable recovering. Be sure to mention that MyRehab at Lutheran Life is your first choice during any hospital discharge process.

Full skilled rehabilitation and outpatient services are available at the Lutheran Home and Pleasant View. Wittenberg Village offers a robust outpatient therapy program. Luther Oaks only offers rehabilitation to our full-time residents.

At Pleasant View, you’ll find neighbors taking care of neighbors and sometimes even families taking care of families, as our team members often choose our community for their own loved ones, which speaks volumes about the quality of our care.

Whether it is recovering from hospitalization, addressing a chronic condition or helping with respite care, Lutheran Life Communities offers a skilled nursing team to handle complex cases with the right combination of medical expertise and care for the spirit.

Residents receive continuous monitoring with attention to critical care and mental health needs, overseen by our medical director and director of nursing, who specialize in geriatric medicine. Each maintains a strong team-to-resident ratio and ensures that all team members receive the latest in high-quality training.

Our focus is to provide excellent, skilled medical care with attention to emotional needs and well-being in a setting with familiar faces and friends. Private suites are available.
