You skip the 55+ community phase and can start enjoying all the amenities your community offers today and build a network of friends. Should your health needs change and you require additional services, you’ll have access to a full continuum of care right where you live, but at a lower rate than if you moved to a for-profit community. As a nonprofit CCRC, we are dedicated to the long-term purpose of serving our residents.
